2021 Gallery Pricing for Artists
Reception Only - $350 + 35% Sales Commission
Premium Reception - $450 + 30% Sales Commission
Reception with Music - $500 + 25% Sales Commission
Premium Reception with music - $650 + 20% Sales Commission

Length of Show - 3 weeks after reception, works must be dropped off by Wednesday the week of the Reception unless the artist plans to help curate the artwork placement and hanging in person on Thursday. Show begins at 6:00 pm and runs until 9:00 pm, Friday evening. Hanging includes only the rolling, guest artists wall and other works by other artists will be displayed at the same time.
Costs include collection and payment of sales tax and credit card fees by Smoke N Mirrors Photography.
Reception includes fruit, vegetables, cheese, crackers, nuts, chips water and punch for 30-40 people.
Premium Reception includes fruit, vegetables, cheese, crackers, nuts, chips water and punch for 30-40 people, and two drink tickets per registered attendee (wine, water and soda).
Music - two sets of approximately 45 minutes each.
Note: Works must be picked up by the first Tuesday after the last day of the show. Guaranteed minimum Gallery Hours are Noon until 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. All shows will be promoted through social media at a minimum. A written Agreement for Services will be required along with a 50%, non-refundable reservation slot fee in order to secure a Gallery show time and payment in full must be made by or before drop-off of work for hanging. No admission or cover fee may be charged.
